The Federal Republic of Germany, represented by: Staatliches Hochbauamt Stuttgart, Ossietzkystr. 3, 70174 Stuttgart, Germany, invites qualified and registered ESPD or Moroccan listed Contractors, acc. "Système de Qualification et de Classification des Entreprises de Bâtiment et de Travaux Publics (BTP)", Ministère de l’Équipement et de l’Eau, Maroc, to apply to participate in the following two-stage tender procedure:
Tender SubjectGerman Embassy in Rabat, Construction of the Chancery and Visa Office (gross floor area: 5.510m2, gross volume approx. 23.403m3). The planned new building consists of three storeys (one basement floor) with a flat roof, with two Guard Houses, with Auxiliary and Technical Buildings, and the Perimeter Security. An internal courtyard, two canopied garden courtyards as well as a larger chancellery garden, and a car parking lot is foreseen.
General Contractor´s services are requested. Construction is scheduled to begin by October 2026. The envisaged construction time is 3 years.
Conditions of ParticipationThe Project Language is English. The currency of payment will be MAD. The contract is based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (Red Book), First Edition 1999 in English.The Particular Conditions (PC) to the FIDIC Conditions of Contract will be included with the 2nd Stage of the award procedure (bidding phase) and are negotiable.
Tender ProcedureTwo-Stage Negotiated Tender with Phase I - prior publication of a call for competition, andPhase II - competitive bidding phase with negotiation.
In Phase I the interested General Contracting companies shall apply to participate in the tender by 19. January 2026, 12:00 a.m. (Moroccan time). In Phase II, from 1 to 6 suitable companies will be selected from the applications received, and provided with the tender documents by 19. February 2026. No fee is required for the provision of the documents. The price offer must be submitted by 18. May 2026. It is intended to conduct negotiations with all tenderers who have submitted a complete tender.
